The Keen Utility Men's Fort Wayne 6" Waterproof Composite Toe Wedge boots boast a range of features that make them a reliable choice for work environments. Crafted with a composite toe, these boots meet or exceed the ASTM F2412 and F2413 M I/75, C/75 EH standards, offering unobtrusive protection that is 15% lighter than steel.
Ensuring dryness and comfort, the boots feature KEEN.DRY, a waterproof and breathable membrane that allows vapor to escape without letting water in. Additionally, the mesh liner integrated with the waterproof membrane provides further protection against the elements.
For superior support and comfort, the boots are equipped with KEEN Luftcell, an air-infused midsole, and aerated pillow-top cushioning, delivering weightless comfort. The nylon shank provides midfoot support, and the upper material meets the ASTM SATRA TM31 material abrasion standards.
Constructed with a full-grain barnyard-resistant leather, the boots are designed to resist the damaging effects of oleic acid, urea, sodium chloride, and ammonium hydroxide. The direct attach construction creates a strong bond between the upper and outsole, ensuring durability.
The oil- and slip-resistant, non-marking, siped rubber outsoles of these boots provide improved traction that meets or exceeds the F2913 SATRA standards. Additionally, the outsole and midsole meet the ASTM D471-06 903# oil and isooctane chemical resistance standards, offering enhanced safety and performance.
These boots are available in a 6" shaft height and a 2.5" shaft circumference, providing a secure and comfortable fit. Depending on the specific product, they are either made in the USA or imported.
